By agreeing to these terms & conditions, you claim responsibility for all information entered on your account. QRank will not be held liable for any misinformation or misrepresentation conducted by your account. QRank is intended to be for users over 13, in accordance with data protection laws. You may terminate your account anytime and QRank will delete your data accordingly.

Content Policy

QRank is designed as a free and open-source application; however, QRank does and will not condone or support any commercial use and replication of our software, and we are not liable nor will we provide warranties. You are free to distribute, copy, resell, and share problem sets & answers without legal repercussions. You must include the original copyright notice and a copy of the license text in all copies or substantial portions of the software.

Disclaimers

Part of QRank's mission is to provide accurate data for students. However, there may exist unforeseen software issues that hinder said mission. QRank is not legally liable for any misinformation; however, you are highly encouraged to support a bug report, as information integrity is a core value at QRank.

QRank is not legally liable for any misinformation or abuse in competitions held on QRank; however, we closely monitor and manually validate all competitions held, and you are highly encouraged to report any violations of the Competition Guidelines.

While QRank may not be legally liable for the above disclaimers, QRank is a team built on ethics first and foremost; as such, we will prioritize and investigate any ethical misconduct happening in regards to QRank, and we may update the Terms of Service accordingly.
